Well .doc files don't seem to translate very smoothly to HTML, so here are the rules but a lot of the formatting isn't right or just gone entirely (like less-than-or-equal-to signs turning into question marks). Feel free to download them instead (much easier on the eyes), they're in MS Word 2000...
